Frank loved to cook. Many nights he cooked for me, making pasta sauce from scratch. Sometimes he'd make an unusual sauce and with a special type of beef.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THIS IS FRANK SINATRA PLAYING DIRTY DINGUS MAGEE. HE SENT ME A WANTED POSTER AND TOOK ME TO THE SCREENING OF THIS FILM. THE COMMENTS THAT HE MADE WHILE WATCHING HIMSELF IN HIS MOVIE, SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECORDED AND INSERTED INTO THE FILM, BECAUSE THE CRACKS HE MADE AND THE REACTION HE HAD TO HIS ACTING, WAS ONE OF THE CLASSIC MOMENTS TO REMEMBER!

ANOTHER SIDE OF BLUE is a journey of my life that starts in New Jersey to Germany right after world war II, and leads into the my early years of marrying a Shapiro into the 70's and up till now.

It includes a period in which Frank Sinatra's life became rather quiet, and was when he was making the film "Dirty Dingus" while he finished the album "A Man Alone." This time frame was when he announced to the public his first retirement plan in California followed by his suposed finish at Ceaser's Hotel in Nevada. It's my story behind the scenes of Hollywood, my personal life and some International people, including a two year relationship with the human side of F.A.S.

My story has a hidden side that only few knew. A time where he publicly remained oblivious to his fame with a group that he called his only true and very best friends. During this time {two years} he preferred staying at home together, and/or hang out in his favorite few restaurants.

This small intimate group I call the"RAT PACK TWO."

The story has surprising complexities, because I watched him in his personal salvation while undergoing extreme confusion. I saw his emotional frailty shortly after his divorce from Mia Farrow. This was a time when he told me, "he was afraid."

My book also includes rise and falls of myself as a child to a young widow and single mother in struggles of making money, raising a child alone while keeping my independence. The beginning of a person's hardship by trying to do it all. The growing awarness of society and it's demands. MY goal? Trying to make a career in show business, or anything there by creative, while stumbling and encountering social engagements between the rich and famous that I admired and thought would unlikely harm me.

All resulting in sousing into the world of entertainment, as well as educating myself as much as possiblbe in the college that today I call,

"The University Of Libraries."
